Dry Pack Sea Scallops from Maine these are a premium variety of scallops that are caught, cleaned, and then flash-frozen at sea to lock in their natural moisture and sweet flavor. They are called “dry pack” because they are not soaked in a chemical solution, which allows them to have a more natural taste and texture.
*The amount paid is for deposit only, choosing the approximate weight will help us secure and hold a piece for you.
The remainder will be charged upon pick up depending on final weight.
